Bloat is a song about a trans woman who was relentlessly bullied throughout school, and into adulthood. Unfortunately, her mental health deteriorated and she ultimately succumbed.
A neighbor alerted police to an unusual odor coming from the house next door. The first responder couldn't get anyone to answer at the suspicious house, so they kicked down the door to find the woman dangling in the room. She sensed his presence, and identified him as one of her primary bullies from high school. Her heretofore lifeless corpse reanimated and proceeded to set things straight, in gruesome fashion.
